Why GeeseLink
GeeseLink is North America's own professional online meeting and CRM provider. Here is what it does well: what works today is stated plainly, and what is still being built is marked “coming soon”.
Keep your customers while you meet
Referral sharingComing soon
Everyone can share the meeting, and you know who brought whom
Every link and poster a guest shares carries their own code.
- Whoever brings someone gets the credit
- The people they bring can share onward, and every step is recorded
- Hosts see who brought whom
- No commissions or payouts: it records where people came from, nothing more
Share postersComing soon
One poster per person, with their own QR code
The host and every guest can make their own poster.
- Three layouts to choose from
- Their name and their own QR code: whoever scans it is credited to them
- Save it, share it, or long-press to forward it in WeChat
Customer CRMComing soon
Your guests go straight into your customer list
No copying names into a spreadsheet after the call. By the time it ends, your new customers are already on the list, and you know who should follow up.
- A guest who verifies a phone, an email or Google goes straight into the customer list
- Existing customers aren't duplicated: the meeting adds a line to their follow-up record
- The rep is alerted: “Wang Xiaoming joined Spring Open Day through your poster and stayed 42 minutes”
- Managers filter customers by meeting: which session brought in whom
Promo films before and afterComing soon
Your promo film plays before the meeting and after it
The host sets a promo video.
- Before the start: guests watch it while they wait
- After the end: it plays again before they leave
Guests: open the link and you're in
No app to install
Meetings run on geeselink.com in the browser: nothing to download, install or update.
Four ways in
A phone code, an email code, Google, or, if the host allows it, just a name.
Works in every browser and in WeChat
Chrome, Safari or Edge on a computer, phone or tablet, or inside WeChat: tap the link and you're in the meeting.
Your name on the join page
When students open the link, the first thing they see is your school's name and logo.
Hosts: run every meeting well
Waiting room
Students wait in the waiting room until the host has seen their names and lets them in.
Hands-up queue
Raised hands line up in order, so you can see at a glance who was first.
Co-hosts, and handing over
Ask another teacher to co-host and run the class with you. If you have to leave early, hand over to them and the class carries on.
Mute, lock, remove, ban
If someone disrupts the class, mute them, remove them, or stop them from coming back. Once everyone is in, lock the room.
A size limit you set each time
Set one limit for a big lecture and another for a small group, as each one needs.
You decide how the count shows
Hide the number of people online. For a live class, you can also set a base number, and the count shown starts from it.
Complete in two languages, ready for a big class
A complete English and Chinese interface
Every button, prompt, email and join page comes in English and Chinese, and you can switch at any time. Guests understand it whichever language they read.
150 viewers in one room, tested
We have tested 150 people watching at once in a single room. Each session can also have its own size limit.
Pay by the hour, not per seat per month
- Up to 10 people, up to 60 minutes a meeting, free for good.
- Beyond that you pay per meeting by length and size, from CA$1 per hour for 20 seats. No subscription: no meetings, no charge.
- Organisations that meet often can pay by the year, from CA$190 a year; every tier includes every feature.
Privacy
End-to-end encrypted chat
Coming soonMessages between participants are encrypted end to end: only the people in the room can read them, and GeeseLink's servers can't.
Traceless meetings
Coming soonWhen the host makes a session traceless, GeeseLink keeps nothing about who came, from where, or on what device, and it can't be recorded.
