Pricing questions
- What are the limits of the free plan?
- Up to 10 people, up to 60 minutes a meeting, free for good. No card needed, and it isn't a trial.
- What happens when a free meeting reaches 60 minutes?
- A free meeting ends at 60 minutes. The host can start another one.
- What is a seat?
- A seat is one place for one person in a session. With 20 seats, up to 20 people can join it.
- What does a meeting over 10 people or 60 minutes cost?
- You pay per meeting by its length and size, from CA$1 per hour for 20 seats, with no subscription. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
- What is a staff account?
- A staff account is for the people in your organisation who manage meetings: scheduling them, sending invitations and following up with customers. It isn't a seat, and guests never use one.
- Should we pay by the year or by the hour?
- Organisations that meet and teach often take a yearly plan, from CA$190 a year; every tier has every feature and differs only in storage, traffic and staff accounts. Occasional meetings pay by the hour, from CA$1 per hour for 20 seats. Meetings of up to 10 people and 60 minutes are always free.
- What is the storage in a yearly plan for?
- Every yearly tier comes with storage for recordings. Recording is coming soon; until it ships, that storage isn't used.
- When can I use webinars?
- They are still being built. Once open, a webinar has 100 seats for CA$10 per hour, and the audience sees only the host.
